Terms of use

The Yes List is pre-launch. These draft terms must be completed and reviewed before public launch or before users can create accounts, submit content, or make decisions based on recommendations.

Informational recommendations

The Yes List is intended to help people discover products. Recommendations are informational and personal preference is subjective. We do not guarantee a product's availability, fit, color accuracy, quality, price, or suitability.

Retailer purchases

Purchases are made directly with the retailer. The retailer's terms, shipping, returns, and customer-service policies apply to that transaction.

Intellectual property

Before launch, the final terms and content process must clearly identify the rights under which product images, descriptions, trademarks, and other retailer materials are used.

Updates

We may update these terms as The Yes List develops. The published, reviewed version will state an effective date and explain how material changes are communicated.
